Brady Hood is a writer/director originally from Yorkshire. He is passionate about creating commercially accessible stories with a social commentary. After working as an assistant to film directors such as Joe Wright and Lone Scherfig, Brady attended The National Film & Television School. Here he gained a Masters degree in Directing Fiction. Since his graduation, Brady has signed with Independent Talent Agency, was selected as a “Star or Tomorrow” in 2016 by Screen International and picked up numerous awards for his graduation film “Sweet Maddie Stone.” These include prestigious awards such as the Brief Grand Prix Award at Encounters Festival, and the Critic’s Choice Award for Best British and Irish short film to name but a few.
His first feature film, an adaptation of the short ‘Sweet Maddie Stone,’ is now in development with Shoebox Films and Creative England. Brady is also working on two television dramas – “Twockers” and “Davey Glass Disappears”- which have both been optioned and are now in development.
He has just completed his first job in television, Endeavour, for Mammoth/ ITV.
Inga Diev serves as the General Manager of Ouat Media, where she is responsible for the company’s business operations and oversees all the film sales and acquisitions. To date, Ouat Media has represented eleven Academy Award® nominated short films including three winners. The company is based in Toronto, Canada.
Sam Morrill joined Vimeo in 2009 where he currently serves as its Director of Curation, leading Vimeo’s five-person Curation Team. From customer support, to content acquisitions, to curating Vimeo’s lauded Staff Picks channel, Sam has experienced Vimeo’s growth and evolution from a variety of different angles. In 2016, Sam led the launch of Vimeo Staff Pick Premieres, a weekly program in which the most celebrated short films from the festival circuit premiere online exclusively on Vimeo. When he’s not watching videos, he’s probably traveling, watching baseball or looking for the last golf ball he hit into the woods. Sam resides in his hometown of Brooklyn, New York.
