Student Group Bookings
Attending Encounters Festival will give film and media students access to invaluable workshops, talks with high profile industry guests and networking sessions at the festival. The Festival will help outline career roadmaps for upcoming filmmakers and animators, including masterclasses, panel discussions and networking opportunities.
Every year the film and media student groups attending the film festival in Bristol access screenings, workshops, masterclasses, talks and networking sessions giving them top-notch opportunities to develop core skills, participate in discussions, discover emerging trends and technologies and rub shoulders with future employers and commissioners. Not only does the festival represent a renowned space of leading short film and animation, it also fosters an inclusive environment which can aid film student development.
We will soon be taking bookings for student groups to attend our 23rd Annual Festival, which will take place between 19 – 24 September at Watershed in Bristol, UK. If you are interested in bringing a group of students studying film, animation, media or a relative discipline, or if you are a film or media student and want some more information about available passes please contact us on email@example.com for further details.
The festival will screen over 300 films, and present more than 40 events across the five days. The International competition lies at the heart of the festival and allows your students to see the best and most exciting new short form work from around the world. Alongside this they can access our guest screenings, Shorts2Features, and a whole host of Industry activity with leading figures and organisations working in the Industry today.
