Tsuneo Goda is a founder of dwarf studios, best known as a creator of Domo. Hirokazu Minegishi has worked on numerous animated films with roots in puppet animation.

Since 1998, Minegishi has worked with Goda, at dwarf studios on various stop-motion works, the most notable being Domo and Komaneko (The Curious Cat).

Now, the veteran award-winning stop-motion creators and animator have traveled from Japan to Bristol to present a workshop where they will talk about their methods in creating a stop-motion films to a live audience and their continued use models in an age where digital animation is dominant and how these models can be so expressive.
